Not too spoilery on this one- Superman is on the cover of issue 7, dream sequences and psychedelic layouts are what this book is made of, so who can say what is happening here? You'll have to buy the issue:)
This is basically how I do my layouts. I draw a light layout in pencil- very light. Then I lightly erase the pencils and tighten it up. After that I make a defined outline with ballpoint pen. Those are basically my pencils from which I print out as a non-repro blue (after doing a bit of photoshop touch ups) and ink it, scan it, do a bit more touch ups. Sounds like a lot of steps, but it goes pretty quickly, especially when I layout pages in batches.
